Our retreat is a labor of love and awareness hosted by two local girls who are passionate about surfing, adventure, and self-love.

Our mission is to create an empowering experience for women seeking a deeper connection with themselves and the natural world.

We are two sisters born and raised in the vibrant paradise of Costa Rica where we grew up amidst nature and the serene energy of the beach.

Being born in a sisterhood we have always wanted to have a safe, supportive, and empowering space where women can foster a community of like-minded women who uplift and inspire one another.

At Sunrise Sisters Retreat in beautiful Costa Rica, we're passionate about sustainability and taking action to make a lasting impact. Our collaboration with sea turtles is a heartfelt commitment to their conservation and well-being, we prioritize the use of local and fair-trade products and services, deeply valuing the community and the preservation of its precious natural resources.
